Return Process

Log into your Home Secure account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all sensors, mounting hardware, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Attach Shipping Label
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
